Estimates are illustrative and based on publicly listed pricing as of August 15, 2026. Hardware, cellular costs, and optional add-ons are excluded. Shift4 Dine (formerly SkyTab) is a published-base estimate for new customers using its advertised standard processing and base bundle prices; its merchant agreement has a 30-month initial term and early-termination provisions, while contract-dependent annual, regulatory, debit, pass-through, and device fees are excluded. Avocado POS advertises no monthly or merchant fees, but its public site does not list a numeric card-present rate or explain how payment costs affect a merchant quote, so it is unranked without an estimated total. The public Dripos pricing page lists its Core Product at $160 per month but does not state whether that price applies per location or what contract terms apply. Fuego Starter is unranked because its "From" total covers processing only, using an advertised starting rate rather than a guaranteed quote. Fuego publishes "$0 to start," not a recurring Starter software price. Fuego states there are no yearly contracts and customers pay month to month or per transaction, though hardware financing may run 24 months. Modisoft Starter requires Paycue merchant services and a 2-year term; an early termination fee will apply if the contract ends early.
